You get 3 free classes when you start with us, to make sure we are the right place for you.

The free trial can be used for any of our classes, and can be used over a few weeks.

Where to start

If you have never trained before, we recommend starting in our Fundamentals classes, which run Monday to Thursday 6:00-7:00pm. If you cannot make these, our All Levels classes Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-12:30pm are also suitable.

If you have experience, any of our classes will be suitable for you.

What to wear and what to bring

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving around in, that doesn’t have buttons or zippers as they can damage our mats. Most people wear shorts and a T-shirt or activewear when they first start. Bring slides or thongs to wear when you aren’t on the mats.

Bring a towel and a water bottle with you. We sell water and powerade at the gym as well.

If you want to have a shower before heading home, we have the facilities and provide body wash - just bring a towel.
